Mind-blowing location! Just a short walk to the beach and town. Spacious room with a jaw-dropping balcony view. Fridge outside for drinks. Lovely owner and son who went above and beyond to make our stay super enjoyable.

The rooms at this place were spotless and the bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud! And let me tell you, the aircon was a total game changer! Plus, having access to a shared fridge was super convenient. The hosts were the friendliest people ever - they made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, just a hop and a skip away from the port and the town. Yeah, it's uphill like most places in Hvar, but totally doable. And let me just say, being close to everything - boats, city center, and the beach - was jaw-dropping! Even though the owner didn't speak much English, he went above and beyond to help us out. He even picked us up from the port. How cool is that! Seriously, we can't wait to come back!

We had a nice stay at Nikola Stipisic's apartments in Hvar. the main bedroom was spacious and connected to a beautiful terrace. the other bed in the dining room was also comfortable for two. the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the main streets of the city. the owner was friendly and welcoming, even offering us a beer after our walk up from the port.
The surrounding area of the apartment was not very nice, and it was a bit uphill. It was also quite dark at night, as it was not part of the old town.

I had a wonderful stay at Apartments Nikola Stipisic in Hvar. I stayed for a few nights and the location was perfect, close to the town center. The room was spacious and had a convenient kitchenette. The air conditioning worked well, although the bed sheets were a bit thin. The highlight was the balcony with a stunning view of the castle, perfect for enjoying meals and sunsets. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with grilling fresh fish. a highly recommended place to stay!
I do recommend this hotel.
